When alerts are triggered by certain patient responses, a notification is sent to members of staff.
If you wish to stop notifications from being sent to a certain users, here is the Step by Step guide:
Navigate to the ‘Settings’ page using the left navigation bar
Go to ‘Manage Members’
Search the user and click on it
On the right hand side of the screen the Member Profile will appear
Click on ‘Feature Settings’
Click on ‘edit’
In the pop-up window:
Turn Default to Organisation Settings OFF
And under Notifications, you will see a list of all the notifications you can be turned OFF
Select OFF for the ones you wish to disable and click Save at the bottom of the screen
