Patient interaction with FollowApp is straight forward. FollowApp sends text messages or emails (as agreed with the client) to patients. Patients simply have to click on the URL provided within the SMS or email, no App involved in the process.

Note that the text message sender "YourDentist" and the sing-off "Demo Center" is configured according to your practice's details.
