Medical staff is automatically added to FollowApp based on the information gathered from the Electronic Health Record.
All Medical staff is linked to the role "Doctor" in FollowApp.
In order to give platform access to those users, you only need to add their email address to their profile.
Find the user's profile, click on Edit, add an email address and Save:
The user will then receive an email invite to set-up their FollowApp account and they'll be able to login to the platform.
